To qualify for a refund, the product must be defective, different than what was ordered or not as described. If the product is not defective and you received the correct item but want a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and not damaged. You must return the product for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. The 14 day time frame starts the day the order is delivered.
