Subscribe and save program terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Subscribe and save program (“Program”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Earthotic, LLC (“Earthotic, LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Program. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and Earthotic, LLC, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Program.
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew monthly (every 30 days) until you suspend or cancel it. You authorize our third-party payment vendors to store your payment method(s) and automatically charge your payment method(s) each month until you suspend or cancel your subscription. We will automatically charge you the current rate for your subscription, plus applicable taxes and shipping every month until you suspend or cancel your subscription. If the billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day. If your order falls on a date that the following month does not have (example: 31st), your order will be processed on the next business day.
We may change your product subscriptions rates, but we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information at any time on your subscriptions page.
This Program cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts or offers.
Changing subscription orders
If you need to change an active subscription, you will need to cancel the existing subscription and create a new subscription order. If you need assistance, please contact us.
You can take the following actions on your subscription at any time:
- Suspend – pauses your subscription.
- Cancel – ends your subscription. You must submit cancellation requests at least 3 business days before the subscription is scheduled for monthly renewal. If there is an outstanding order associated with your subscription, the cancellation will go into effect once that order is processed.
- Change Payment – you can update your payment method for the active subscription.
- Resubscribe – to resubscribe, you will be prompted to complete checkout and add a new payment method. Original order details will be placed in the cart.
Subscription email notifications
Subscription email notifications will be sent to you when specific activity (manual or automated) occurs on your account. These notifications include, but not limited to the to a(n):
- Completed renewal order
- Processing renewal order
- Customer renewal invoice
- Cancelled subscription
- Suspended subscription
- Expired subscription
- Activated subscription
- Subscription payment method update
As a new or existing Earthotic customer, you can set up monthly product subscriptions at any time, by adding subscription-based products to your shopping cart and completing your purchase. New customers will be able to create an account during checkout.
Earthotic reserves the right to review, investigate, and/or close an account of any subscriber and will request proper payment if the subscriber attempts to use the Program in a questionable or illegal manner or breaches any of these terms and conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
Right to cancel program or modify terms
Earthotic reserves the right to cancel or modify the Program at any time in its sole discretion, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website, Program and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
