Earthotic, LLC (“Earthotic, LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the operator of earthotic.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the shipping policy below. The shipping policy is provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will cancel and refund the entire order.
We currently ship to the 48 Contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, US based PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. At this time, we do not ship to the United States Territories or internationally.
If your purchase is $75 or more before taxes are added, your order qualifies for free standard shipping to addresses, including US based PO boxes, within the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. If your purchase is less than $75 before taxes are added, you will be responsible for shipping fees that will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. If your shipping address is based in Alaska, Hawaii or an APO/FPO/DPO military address, you will be responsible for shipping fees that will be calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
Transit time domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days. Shipping to military addresses may take longer and may be in transit from 3 – 15 days. Please note that carriers are currently experiencing shipping delays and your order may take longer than 7 business days to arrive. These delays are out of Earthotic’s control and are due to an increase in shipping volume in general. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Transit time internationally
We currently do not ship internationally.
Shipping time frames
Orders may ship the same day if the order is received by 12:00pm CST Monday – Friday and in some cases orders may take up to 2-3 business days to ship. Our fulfillment center operates Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm CST, except on national holidays at which time the fulfillment center will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change of delivery address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been processed. If the order is “in process” we can attempt to intercept the order and update the address, but we cannot guarantee the change will be made before the order is shipped.
P.O. box shipping
We currently ship to US based PO Boxes.
Military address shipping
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Earthotic will not be responsible for any charges associated with the customs clearance process.
Items out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the order.
Route Shipping Protection Insurance
Earthotic offers Route Shipping Protection insurance to add peace of mind to your shopping experience. In the event that your package is lost, damaged or stolen, it will be covered if you opt for Shipping Protection insurance on the checkout page. During checkout, the shipping protection insurance option will be automatically selected for you. If you accept coverage, you will receive an email from Route with additional information and claim instructions. If you choose to opt out, you must turn off the “Shipping Protection” option on the checkout page to avoid fees. Fees will appear on the checkout page and are $0.98 for orders less than $100.00 before taxes and 1.5% for orders more than $100 before taxes. Fees are subject to change at anytime.
Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Packages showing as delivered
If you opt out of shipping protection insurance through Route, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider in the event your package is marked as “delivered” but never received. Packages are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the shipping provider. We recommend opting into shipping protection insurance or having your packages delivered to a safe place if you will not be available to receive them directly. Earthotic is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but never received.
If a package is returned to our facility and the shipping address was entered correctly, we will reship the package after it is returned to our facility and only in the original shipping method.
If a package is returned to our facility and the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we will refund your purchase minus shipping and a 15% return processing fee. If you prefer to have the package redelivered, we will waive the 15% return processing fee, but you will be responsible for new shipping costs incurred for the second delivery attempt. Earthotic is not responsible for packages incorrectly delivered or lost due to a customer providing incorrect shipping information.
Delivery time exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. You can check your shipping status by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email or on your Orders page to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Packages damaged in transit
If you find a package is damaged in-transit, if possible, reject the package from the shipping provider and get in touch with us. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for next steps.
Process for packages damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the shipping provider has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the shipping provider has conducted an investigation and deemed the package lost.
Sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated and applied to the price of the goods including insurance and shipping costs, as displayed in the Website’s cart.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy here.
