Earthotic, LLC (“Earthotic, LLC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the operator of earthotic.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the return policy below. The return policy is provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you can return the product for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee* if the return requirements are met. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be defective*
- Product received must be different than what was ordered or not as described*
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Product must be in original packaging
To qualify for a refund, the product must be defective, different than what was ordered or not as described. If the product is not defective and you received the correct item but want a refund, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You must return the product for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. If a package is damaged in transit, please see our shipping policy for more detail.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original method of payment minus a 15% restocking fee.*
You will receive the credit minus a 15% restocking fee* within 5 -7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In order to return a product, you must initiate a refund by following the instructions on your My Account page. Click Orders, then select the correct order and follow the instructions to complete your refund request.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee* with regard to the item(s) that you wish to return. We will not refund any shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
