High-Protein Breakfast Recipe | Mixed Berry Chocolate Peppermint Baked Oatmeal

Mix everything in a 9×9 casserole dish (no need to grease):

2 cups oats
1 cup water
1 cup dairy free milk
1/4 cup Organic Chocolate Protein Booster
1 tbsp cacao powder
4 drops peppermint extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups mixed berries (can use frozen)
Dash of salt (optional)

*Stir everything together in dish and bake at 350 for 35-40 min*
